Heartworm and Parasite Control
Almost all animals are at risk for parasites. Some are intestinal, some internal, some topical (skin). Some parasites are mandatory for control because they can be lethal to a dog or cat. That is the case with Heartworm – for which we recommend testing dogs and putting them year-round on prevention.
As for intestinal parasites – we recommend yearly checking of a stool sample. Any parasite questions or problems can be dealt with by helping you chose the correct program to prevent parasites.
