Appointment Policy
We see each pet on an appointment based schedule. Even with an emergency, we appreciate a telephone call ahead of time so that we may be prepared for your arrival. The Hospital is open daily at 8:00 a.m. and closes Monday – Thursday at 8:00 p.m. We close on Friday at 6:00 p.m. and are open on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. – Noon. We ask that you prepare to pick up your pet from the Hospital at least ½ hour before closing This will allow our staff members to review all instructions for home care.
